Tips for making this Jumbo Double Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
- don't over bake these muffins. Muffins by their nature are a drier crumb than a cupcake, so bake just until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke it.
- If you are baking these ahead of time, cover them up to keep them fresh.
- Always wait until the oven is up to temperature before you bake your muffins.
