What's the best popsicle mold?

a popsicle mold with orange pineapple creamsicle mixture

You can honestly use any popsicle mold you already have, but I used this one from amazon. This recipe fills up all 10 molds perfectly.

What you need to make Orange Pineapple Creamsicles:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

How to make these creamsicles

  1. Start by adding granulated sugar into a medium bowl. Then, pour in the pineapple juice. Give it a quick stir to help the sugar start dissolving.
  2. Then, pour in the orange juice and stir.
  3. Finally, pour the heavy whipping cream and stir it all together with a rubber spatula.
  4. Pour this liquid into your popsicle mold and let freeze for 5-6 hours or until firm.
