Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board
This Christmas Tree charcuterie is an easy way to impress your guests this year! Filled with cheeses, meats, and olives for a savory and delicious bite.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Extra sharp Cheddar
- 8 oz Colby Jack
- 7 oz salami thinly sliced
- 7 oz pepperoni thinly sliced
- 8 oz green olives (I used pitted Italian castelvetrano olives)
- 6 oz black olives
- Pretzel Sticks
- Crackers
- rosemary sprigs fresh
Instructions
-
Start by cubing the white cheddar cheese. Then, thinly slices the colby jack cheese. Then you are ready to assemble.
-
Lay 10-12 pretzel sticks at the bottom of your board. Next add your cubed white cheddar.
-
Then, add black olives above the cheddar cubes, making sure you are tapering the edges.
-
Next will be the salami. The trick with thinly sliced salami is to fold it in half, then in half again before placing it on your board.
-
Then you will add the colby jack cheese, making sure to leave a few slices so you can cut stars in them for the top.
-
Next the green olives and then pepperoni. The top of this tree I put crackers topped with some star shaped cheese.
-
For the final touch, you will add rosemary sprigs at the bottom and along the sides to give it a more "tree" look to it! Then, enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can make this a few days ahead of time, just make sure to keep it completely wrapped up and in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve!
