Oreo White Chocolate Fudge

This oreo white chocolate fudge is absolutely simple and easy to make, but a real treat for your whole family. It is also known as cookies and cream fudge.

  • 3 ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 11 oreo cookies

  1. Whisk the powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl. Then add in the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix for 5 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.


  2. Next, smash the 11 oreo cookies in a large ziploc bag with a rolling pin. Then, set these aside.

  3. In a medium saucepan, bring some water to a boil. Then, place a glass mixing bowl on top. Add in the white chocolate chips and stir until melted.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Mix on medium for 5 minutes.

  5. Then, add in the oreo pieces. Mix these into the fudge with a rubber spatula so that the oreos don't get broken up too much. 

  6. Place the still warm oreo white chocolate fudge into a greased 9x9 inch pan or pan lined with parchment paper. Let it cool for 4 hours. Then, slice it and enjoy!
