This creamy crockpot italian chicken is a wonderful meal for your family! All you need to do is dump the ingredients into your crockpot and let it cook for 4-6 hours.
The first thing you will do is line your crockpot. This is optional, but makes clean up so much easier! Then add in the 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
The last thing you will add to this chicken is the cubed cream cheese. Just try to place them evenly apart.
Place the lid back on and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
To make this gravy, you will want to ladle out 2 cups of the liquid (after your chicken has cooked all the way) into a microwave safe bowl.
Then, add 2 tablespoons of corn starch to the bowl. Whisk until evenly distributed. Microwave for one minute and then whisk again. The gravy should be much thicker now!
