This pizza with cripsy bacon and mozzarella cheese is so mouthwatering. Grab a slice or three and pizza will never look the same again.
In a medium bowl, add the warm water and yeast. Whisk with a fork for about a minute and then let it sit for about 10 minutes until the mixture starts looking real frothy. Next, add in the sugar, salt, and olive oil. Mix this together for about 2 minutes and then add in your flour. When all the flour is combined, let it rise in an oiled bowl for about 40 minutes or until it has doubled.
When the dough has finished rising, roll the dough out on a floured surface and then place it on a pizza pan with parchment paper (to avoid messy overspills). Then roll the edges of the pizza crust up just enough that it can hold up your toppings. Then, pre-bake this crust for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it cool, but don't worry if the crust is still a little doughy as you are going to be putting it back in the oven again!
