The Best Spring Activities for Kids
Spring has sprung! After those brutal winter months being cooped up, its FINALLY time to get your kids outside and have some fun!

A trip to the zoo
With spring and summer, the weather is perfect for fun trip to the zoo! Not only can your kids learn about the different animals, they are also getting some great exercise.
After being cooped in during the winter months, spring is a great time to get your kids outdoors. Coloring with chalk is a great way to have some fun!
Painting or Coloring
Another fun activity we like to do during spring time is to paint and color! If it’s rainy outside, we grab some markers or paints and have some fun.
Spring themed books
Books are another great inside activity for those rainy spring days. Not only does it help build their vocabulary and speech, it also helps children build an imagination!
These are a couple of my kids’ favorite spring time books.
When the weather cooperates, gardening is another great activity to keep your little ones entertained.
Helping plant seeds, playing with little trowels, or planting some flowers, your kids will have a blast!
Also, you can continue the fun and have them help water the flowers/vegetables as they grow.
Riding a bicycle or Tricycle
Another great activity during spring is getting the bicycle or tricycle out for your kids. This provides plenty of fun and excitement while also getting them active and outside!

This is a great way to teach your toddler about patience as mazes take time to complete. Feel free to help your little one if they are struggling.
